Financial Asset Services, Inc ["FAS"] is a fully licensed independent third party national Appraisal Management Company ["AMC"].

Quality is the most important facet of a BPO or appraisal. At FAS, we do not consider an order complete until our clients are satisfied with the results. As our FAS staff processes your orders, our on-line system performs checks and balances. All of our BPOs and appraisals undergo internal quality reviews prior to the report leaving our system.

• Typical turnaround time is approximately 5 days for a standard appraisal.
• Turn time is approximately 3 days for a BPO
• Same day and 24-hour rush BPOs are available
• FAS provides Bulk Valuation capability
• System alerts when duplicate orders are placed within last 6 months
• Photograph of house number provided to confirm property identity
• Variance explanations provided when previous and present orders vary above predetermined thresholds
• FAS employees are on a performance-based incentive program, predicated on quality and adherence to stringent timelines
• Orders are assigned to local, seasoned vendors in close proximity to subject
• Vendors are graded on both timeliness and quality with each new assignment
• Hand-selection of vendors for quality assurance, we do not use email or phone blasts
• 24/7 status retrieval with no expiration on archived documents
• Ability to incorporate your "Do No Use / Exclusionary" vendor lists

		Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) FAS offers a variety of interior and exterior BPO products. Ability to use FNMA, FHLMC, FAS custom form or form of your choice BPOs are prepared in accordance with the BPO Standards and Guidelines issued by the National Association of BPO Professionals. 		Value Reconciliation The Reconciliation Process provides our clients with the ability to upload any two valuations, reconcile the values and compare usage of comparables between the two reports.
